Kale Chips Recipe....
Love potato chips but hate muffin top? Me too. Here is a simple, cheap recipe for kale chips - Samboy's skinnier, smarter brother. They may not be as delicious as their fat, cheesy brother but they are a great guilt and fat-free substitute.
- Olive Oil
- Moroccan seasoning
- Preheat the oven to 185 degrees Place chopped up kale on a pan lined with baking paper Drizzle kale in oil and sprinkle with seasoning Place in oven for 10-15 minutes and remove once crisp
*tip: check them regularly and remove them as soon as they turn otherwise they burn and taste like poop!
